Now that Spotify introduced the "new" radio feature, I decided to uninstall the SpotON Radio app.
But I still have a SpotON Radio folder on my iPhone and iPad. Not on my PC.
When I try to delete this folder, the app craches.
How can I get rid of this folder?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It seems that some of your playlist structuring was broken. I've implemented a fix - You should be able to delete this folder now.

Great thanks. I got it deleted now.
Hello! I've got the same issue, can you fix it?
Thanks
I have a similar issue with a folder that doesn't show up on the desktop app and crashes the iPhone app when I am trying to delete it. The folder in my case is called "Best Ofs".
Still the same issue...
Now the app crashes directly when I launch it...
Have you tried to force the Spotify app to close, before opening it again?
Here's how to force it to be closed, if your not familiar with the procedure.

I had a similar problem with the app on my iPad, after the Spotify guys deleted the folder. Forcing the app to close before opening it again solved that.
Hi David / anyone else who can help 🙂
I am also having the same problem as those others - an empty SpotOn Radio folder that crashes the iOS app everytime I try to delete it.
I'd massively appreciate a fix for this.
Many thanks in advance
Hey,
I have the very same problem - empty SpotON folder that can't be deleted. It looks like you're doing individual fixes for people who've been affected, so any chance you could fix this issue for me as well?
Thanks!

Finally...!
The latest iOS app update has now let me delete the offending empty folder/s, which also correctly syncs across devices.
Unaware if a member of CS did anything at their end as communication has been zero (something many paying customers have now come to expect from Spotify...sigh). If this is not the case, then the assistance is much appreciated.
