Error message about using abroad

Error message about using abroad

I downloaded spotify on my ipad. I have not been able to use it. When i try to log in its telling me to log in through facebook. When i try that i get a message telling me i can only use spotify abroad for 14 days and wont let me log in. I tried to change it so i could log in through the app and not facebook but i could not find where to do this on facebook. Help.

Do you have Spotify username style account too (not connected to Facebook)?

If you go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ does your IP address locate to the USA?

I also have the same problem but I'm in Thailand. Maybe Spotify doesn't work in Thailand ?? And I did try to choose the country thing in account setting and I could only choose New Zealand

Spotify is not available in Thailand, so if you are using Spotify free it would only work there for 14 days before losing access. If you have a payment method from another country where Spotify is available, you can subscribe to Premium in that country which gives you unlimited abroad/travel time for as long as your subscription is valid.

is spotify not free in the Philippines? cuz it says I've reached my 14-day limit so i could no longer access the app. 

Having the same problem here using an ipad never had an issue before been using the app for quit some time
