Favorites on the iPhone have a different order than on the PC

Solved!

Favorites on the iPhone have a different order than on the PC

I have a different songs order in the favorite playlist for my iPhone than on the desktop app (windows 10).

I created the list of my favorite songs (about 400 songs). The sorgs order was correct at the beggining. But after the week or more I checked that favorites order wasn't correct for my iPhone and it was fine on PC desktop app (or in a browser). I cleared all favorites and pick out these songs again in correct order. And favorites order was fine several days. Then it changed again for iPhone and stayed correct for PC app, browser.

I checked songs order in the iPhone. It is "Recently added", the same as for PC.

Thanks, Yordan! I cleaned app cache, but this didn't help. Then I removed app and installed it again - and order became correct!

So I think your solution could be enhance:

Clean cache app and then reinstall app.

Hi there @mikekuzm,

Interesting. Could you try logging out from the app on your iPhone (Settings > Log out) then signing back in to your account as this triggers an internal refresh that may help here? If that doesn't do the trick, try clearing the app's cache and see if the correct order would be displayed then.

If possible, try logging in on another mobile device (a friend's or a relative's would do) and check if the order looks good there.

Keep us posted. Cheers!
