Freezing/ crashing when devices are plugged in.

when I listen to Spotify and either of my devices are plugged in (both aux cord and regular charging) I’ll get to listen to 3-4 songs before the app freezes and I have to close and open it again. And it’ll play 2-3 (repeating the last two songs in the playlist) more songs and do it again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it on both devices, restarted both devices, and it still does it. 
the only time I’ve noticed Spotify working perfectly is when my phone is connected to speakers via Bluetooth and not charging.

This is an odd behavior. To start investigating this case, we understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

 

Also, could you have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists?. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

 

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
