Frozen on green logo

Help! I got an iPhone 7 last week and when I try to open Spotify on it, it stays frozen on the green logo. Whenever I delete it and redownload, it lets me log in with Facebook (while also saying I've already logged in on the device) and then again, just freezes on the green logo until I shut down the app. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this??

Are you running the latest iOS software?

If so, maybe deleting the app and a complete reboot of the phone could solve the problem.
