Have I been hacked?

Have I been hacked?

When I try to play my Spotify premium, often my music stops and it flashes up
saying a different device named Yolanda is using it and the music changes. I also have another device called Ramon that seems to use it too. I've changed my password, but it's still happening. I'm not sure what to do next.

Can you try resetting your password, and signing out everywhere too? 
- Also, if you're able to, does resetting your WiFi password help?
