Having problems with songs not synching on phone and my desktop

I been having a problem trying to get some songs to synch between my phone and my desktop.  3 songs r songs from spotify them self.  I also i cant get some of my some of my local tracks to synch and my iphone wont be read by my desktop.  Please help 😞  Also to be noted that i had to factory reset my PC recently.  Idk if that would of done something.  Songs that wont sync r Carry On and Not Ready to die by Avenged Sevenfold

Have you tried logging out and then back into the app on your phone to see if they then appear?
