Help! My premium account doesn't work offline!

For the past few weeks my spotify premium account will not play music offline. It was working fine a few months ago and then my account just stopped working. I signed up again but now my account on my phone won't allow me to play music when offline.

First of all: doesnt it work on your phone as On your pc? Go to Settings And then to your Account Settings to See when your premium would Expire. Maybe you haven't purchased it yet Or paying services like klarna has blocked your Account. What also is possible is That you have to turn Off offline Mode for a Short Time. You do That in your Settings On your Phone And you have to do That 1 time in 30 days.
Please answer if this didnt helped so i can make a better Research then.
