Help, Payment went through but my account was never upgraded.

Help, Payment went through but my account was never upgraded.

I renewed my subscription through my apple account. The money went through but my spotify account never went to the premium service. I've tried calling apple but they told me the money was recived so it has to be on spotify's end. I'm running out of ideas and I fell like I lost my money. Anyone know what I can do.

If you've already spoken to Apple Support, then I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
