How to add synced lyrics to local files?

I have a song on my local files, I’d like to have synced lyrics, if anyone knows how to add lyrics it would he appreciated.

If you want to see the lyrics for this specific song, and it's available on Spotify, I suggest you search for it and check if it has time-synced lyrics provided by Musixmatch.
