Hey there @26381526,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

It'd be awesome if you could send us a more detailed description of what you meant when you wrote that you couldn't clear the cache or delete music on your device. Keep in mind that you can download as many as 10,000 songs on each of up to 5 different devices. If perhaps you reach this limit, it's expected to not be able to download new content.

Note: Keep in mind that clearing the cache does not remove the downloaded content, it clears some storage space. You'll need to press locate the Removed all downloads button under Data-saving and offline in settings and select Remove to actually remove them.

That being explained, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of it on the affected device to see if you notice any difference. That process can remove your downloads and fix any additional issues you might encounter. You can follow the steps in this article to do it.

Now, remember you can remove the downloads by starting Spotify on other devices on which you no longer need the downloaded content. You can follow the steps in this article to do it.

Keep us in the loop!
