I CAN`T LOG IN IN IOS DEVICE

HELLO! I CANNOT LOG IN IN MY IOS DEVICE (IPHONE 5S IOS 9.3), IT SHOWS A MESSAGE THAT INDICATES MY PASSWORD IS WRONG BUT I LOG IN VIA WEB SUCCESFULLY. --HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS INCIDENCE??

Hey @Pao41,

 

You should ask for a password reset. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

I have the same issue and a password reset has not fixed it. Please help.

When this happened with me I had to delete the app from the device. I think it was some sort of bug!

 

But first try force resetting your device by holding the power and home buttons together until the apple logo shows up. If that doesn't work, remove the app and reinstall it! Hope this helps!
