I am unable to view my playlists’ songs

I am unable to view my playlists’ songs

When i open my playlist the songs don’t show up normally but only as song names and artist and an open ‘and more’ and even after clicking the ‘and more’ option it shows the list of songs in my playlist but doesn’t play the complete song but only a few random seconds from the song

Hi there!

 

What you're describing is the intended behavior of the mobile app for Free users, as it doesn't support on-demand listening, unlike the desktop app or the Web Player. Could you confirm if you have Premium? If so, it's possible that you're logged in to another account instead of your Premium one.

 

It's worth trying to log in to it with all possible email/password combinations you could have used during the sign up process. The account could have also been created through Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those login alternatives as well.

 

In case you're unable to locate the Premium account on your own, it's best you reach out to Customer Support as they're the folks who can help out further in your situation. They can also guide you through the process of closing the Free account to avoid any confusion in the future.
