I can not separate the account from a facebook profile

I accidentally logged to facebook from a friend's ipad. 
This action has deleted my profile data from spotify and replaced them with those of my friend. I lost my playlist and even if I disconnect my friend's account from Facebook (he doesn't have a FB profile) doesn't allow me to re-link up to my old data. My friend gave me his password to change his profile data but if I try to put my email instead of his, spotify tells me that the email is already attached to a profile!
to my profile that no longer exists !!! help...

 

ps: (sorry for my english...)

It was the automated reply which told you to get back to the forums.

 

Please reply to that e-mail (even when it says no-reply) so an Spotify agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

I think your account got duplicated. The best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify so they can manually adjust this for you.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've already tried to contact them via email but they told me to write on the forum ... I havn't tried via twitter because I've never used it and don't know how to use it....but i'll try

I just tried to reply to the (no-reply) e-mail...
