I can't play music

I can't play music

So I recently upgraded from an iPad to an iPhone. On the iPad I could play any song I wanted, as many skips, repeats, everything. On the iPhone I can't do any of that. I didn't change or create a new account, it's just the one I've always had. Why don't I have these same features anymore?

Welcome to the community! 

 

What I can suggest is logging out of all your accounts and then try again. To do that, going to your account settings:

Go to the menu on the left, and find "Offline devices". From there you will be able to remove all devices. 

 

As you will read on that page, Spotify Premium is only able to be synced to offline mode with only 3 devices. It is possible that your new iPhone is a fourth device. Let me know if this works!

But I don’t have premium on my iPad and I can still listen to whatever. It’s just the phone that I can’t.
