I can’t turn shuffle off, Premium subscriber

When I click on the shuffle icon it just goes between smart Shuffle and regular shuffle and never turns off.  It also seems to add smart shuffle recommendations whether or not Smart Shuffle is selected.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. This will help trigger a sync between your account and device. Also, make sure that you're entering the right login details.

If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If the aforementioned steps don't do the trick, could you check if this happens across devices? Also, sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
