I can't upgrade to premium

I am on ios 9.3.2 and ive never had this problem before. I go to the account setting to try and upgrade but the option is t even there! **bleep** do i do?

Ive re-installed the app 3 times, loged back in and force stoped the app several times over that last few days. Nothing seems to work.

If you have access to a computer, try downloading the app from Spotify.com and try to renew your account from there, or visit your account page on spotify.com.  If none of this works I would try reporting this directly to Spotify's support page.
