My Spotify premium subscription is automatically renewed in the App Store, and my credit card had been canceled, a new hasn't come in the mail. Spotify, as one would expect, shut down my premium, and displayed the screen offering to downgrade. I then entered in my iTunes Gift Card I had, so the payment could go through. The payment did go through and it even has displayed the next time I will need to renew it (File #1 below). Yet Spotify still displays the screen saying that I need to pay. The payment has already gone through on iTunes and there is no way to get it back, what do I do?

If I were you, I would try clicking downgrade and see where that takes you.  Sometimes these subscriptions need to be "refreshed", and if you click downgrade and then try to re-subscribe it will realize that it has already accepted your payment.
