I cannot download Spotify on Iphone6

As title suggest it doesn't download on Iphone 6.  I need help.  I click it and it starts to download, but it stops and reverts back to the picture of the cloud icon instead of the download symbol.  HELP ME SPOTIFY! I JUST UPRGRADED TO PREMIUM AND I CANT USE THIS ON MY IPHONE!!!

Have you tried restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the Apple Logo appears on screen?

Its also worth making sure there are no restrictions on your device active in iOS Settings > General > Restrictions.

If you have iCloud enabled turn it off and then power off your phone and keep it off like 60 seconds and tnen power on. Then connect your phone to your pc and open up iTunes and let iTunes to download and install Spotify for you.

It still doesn't work. Should I keep my phone off the whole time while I download Spotify from my computer onto the phone?

You can try that also, and also try with a different WiFi connection. If that's not working try to reset your phone back to factory settings through iTunes and do not setup iCloud.

Nope, btw I forgot to ask which firmware you're running? iOS 9.2.1 had an issue on the App Store where it didn't download apps correctly.
