I changed plans and now my auto play function does not work. Help

I changed plans and now my auto play function does not work. Help

I recently updated my subscription from premium duo to premium individual and my auto play functionality is no longer working. I tried switching it on and off. I also tried updating the app but I seem to not need an update. This is one of my favourite features on the app and would appreciate assistance with this. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out!
 

Let's see if removing the app's cached data to see if that would make a difference. 
In case this doesn't help, we can install a completely fresh copy of the app by removing all Spotify-related data from the device. To see how to do so - follow the steps here.
 

Note: Performing either of these actions will remove any content downloaded for offline listening. It will re-download the next time you open the app, depending on your data settings.
 

Should the issue persist after going through the above-mentioned steps, we'd like to see a video recording of the issue to get a better grasp of what's going wrong 🙂
