I don't have Radio and personal playlists

for some reason, on the iOS apps (iPhone and iPad), the Radio tab dosn't exists, while i see it on my Mac. Also, it has been 3 weeks, and i didn't receive my personal playlists yet (daily mix, discover weekly etc..).

Anyone knows how to fix it?
