I have a wife connection but it does not let me search for new music can you help me pls

Whenever I'm trying to search for more new music it always shows that it's offline how can I fix this even though I have a strong Internet connection?

Are you sure you aren't on offline mode?

The offline mode can stop you from searching for music.

It's what I like to call an internet "block". It doesn't any internet information to come in or out.

When you search for a song, do you see any button below that says "Connect"?

If you do not, please try tapping the 3 lines on the top left corner and then head over to settings.

Verify Offline Mode isn't on.
