I have premium duo but it is saying payment failed on mobile

I have premium duo but it is saying payment failed on mobile

I can not skip this i have reinstalled as well this is just on mobile

Hi there,

 

Thanks for the post.

 

Can you try logging out and back in twice in a row? This will force sync your account with the servers. 

 

If that doesn't help, let us know what model+OS device you have and what Premium plan you're on, so we can investigate this further.
