I lost for the premium individual and it auto resigned

I lost for the premium individual and it auto resigned

I lost my premium for no reason, i still have a screenshot the premium will last till 2/28, which was not today

I didn’t use the account since then, until i log in today and see this

please respond in this email if you can

Hi there @Huy__-_-__,

 

It's a bit unclear what your exact issue is. 

 

If a payment has failed on your account, the system will automatically try to take out the monthly subscription from your account over the course of a couple of days. If that fails, your account will automatically revert to free. 

 

In order to reactivate your Premium subscription you have to re-subscribe from your account page > Available plans. On the account page, under Receipts, you can check for the last receipt of a successful payment.

As a first step, we'd recommend checking out this FAQ page. If you're sure you're logged in the correct account and no payment has been taken, we'd recommend trying to subscribe again using a different payment method.

No i log into the correct account, i log in to check premium, create album and testing songs. The FAQ page doesn’t have what i needed or help at all. And what do you mean “we'd recommend trying to subscribe again”?? you trying to rip off my wallet??

ok it should explain why i don’t have premium, because there’s no receipts, and i forgot to mention that i just want to get the free month premium individual, which is now not free anymore because i already get one even when there’s no receipts
