I’m premium account But still ads

I’m premium account

But ads(both of audio or visual ads) while listening to regular music content 

I tried this

  logging out > restarting your device > logging back in to sync up your subscription status with your device

 

But still ads.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!

 

One of the main features of the Premium subscription is the ability to listen to your favorite music Ad-free. 

 

By saying that you're still seeing ads, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium. Could you please double check this? You can do it by going on your account page and scroll down to Your plan. You should see "Premium" there.
Note: Make sure you're using your browser. 

 

If everything looks as it is supposed to and you're still seeing ads, it'd be great if you could tell us if this issue occurred after a specific update? Feel free also to share the Spotify version you're currently running. If you don't know how to check it go to this FAQ.

I went at my account page and it says Premium Individual, Ad-free music listening, offline listening, and unlimited skips.

 

but still getting ads iPhone and MacBook both are getting ads.

Could you try the following steps to see if that does the trick:

  1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
  2. Select Sign out everywhere.
  3. Log in to your account again.

In case the issue persists, and you see an option to upgrade to Premium in the app, it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they're the ones who can look further into this and help you out.
