I paid my subscrition in app store but I my account doesn't change

So I paid my monthly subscription trough the app store and my account still being free, I have used this before but it´s the fisrt time that this happen. I have the digital receipt in case it's needed

Hey I too payed for my premium a few weeks ago through the App Store because it wouldn't let me pay through the app and it didn't work I've tried paying twice now and both times it has taken my money and left my account on free I became very frustrated and gave up and I would really like to have this sorted out and to either get my two months or be rembersed

You may have a duplicate account created on Spotify which is connected to your App Store. Can you Check for a receipt for your subscription here and get back to me. Remember to log out from every platform with your account and log in again.
