I paid premium but the app doesn’t know that.

I paid premium but the app doesn’t know that.

I’ve paid premium but the app doesn’t know that.  Can someone help?

Hi @PennyH1, thanks for reaching out about this.

 

My first suggestion that you check if the payment for the Premium subscription has gone through successfully by heading over to your Account page. Also, you can check your email for a confirmation from Spotify, which should be automatically sent when subscribing for Spotify Premium.

 

If you can see your payment there, I suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in. 

 

Additionally, it's worth taking a look at this article for more info. 

 

If you're sure you've been charged, but you're still on the free service, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
