I want the old spotify layout.

Just updated to lates ios on my fathers ipad and with it a newer spotify version. And the layout bugs my father like hell (don't ask me why) but he can't add songs to playlists or search or anything he says. So i'm looking for an app or an solution to get back the old layout, the simple one that has an layout similar to android phones spotify application.

Spotify only has the current layout. There is not an alternative. I would recommend walking him through the process of adding the songs to a playlist and searching for songs. It really is much better.

Allright, my father describes the main issue as when he clicks the search button on the ipad the search bar won't even come up. It's just loading
