IOS lock screen widget takes up full screen

Now the IOS lock screen widget shows the album cover too and takes up the whole lock screen, so I can't see my own background and other widgets while listening to spotify. Please change it back to the previous layout showing only the player or at least give the users some option to set this up.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community!

It should still be possible to change the layout on the Spotify lock screen to just the player and this should happen if you click on the Album cover art. Would you mind testing and letting us know what happens?

If it's not working it's a good idea to give Spotify a clean reinstall as this often helps resolve different performance issues. You can check out the steps here.
