IPhone 7 connect to car via lightning cable

IPhone 7 connect to car ( Honda Insight) via lightning cable. I able to see th Spotify is playing the song. However, the car display screen is showing iPod player. Please kindly assists. Thanks

Did you see this issues with an old iPhone running iOS 10? It's usually an issues with iOS rather than Spotify.

I found out this issue was due to my apple music didnt have any music. Hence, my car not able to play spotify's music. My solution is atleast import one song in apple music in order to play spotify's music in my car
