Issue with BMW cars and shuffle

My Question or Issue

Hey i have had this issue for quite some time on the Ipod and BMW cars, i am not sure if this is so easly fixed or not but i have noticed this issue on my BMW MY19 i3s.

First issue is with the shuffle button, for example when driving the car often when playing music in the car i have to re engage the shuffle button after every start up of the car.

While also listening to music sometimes shuffle turns of and you are back to following the playlist from 1st to last song in order.  So you have rengage the shuffle again for it to shut it self of after 2-3 songs and it is back to following 1st to last song in playlist again until you turn on shuffle again.

Now this issue i have noticed it has something to do with the album cover art for some reason but i can't recreate it all the time but there is something wrong with the shuffle option on the ipod touch and i have had this on my previus ipod also on the 6th generation.

Now this is when using the USB option and not the "App" option in the car.
Wheter this issue is BMW related or Spotify releted i can't find out my self.

Another issue with the spotify App this is the main reason i am not using the App option the car is when listening to your music thoru the app option sometimes it is like the playlist gets stuck eventhough you have the whole playlist offline synced to your car it sometimes gets stuck playing 10-20 same songs constantly but in a shuffle option so if you have a playlist with 300-450+ songs, it gets stuck on 10-20 random songs and it only keeps repeating them i have no idea why i does this but it has something to do with shuffle that i can't pinpoint what it is.

And it isn't because i have put the playlist on repeat. 

So i hope this issue gets resloved in a future patch with coporation of BMW because it could be that its BMW who is the issue and not spotify.

Hope to see this resloved as for now spotify isn't usable to 100% until this issue is fixed at least for me.
