My Question or Issue

Hi my name is Meghan and I’m having issues with my Spotify it keeps on stopping or changing to songs I’ve never heard of! I’ve done everything it suggests to fix it like the battery saver, logging out everywhere, re downloading the app a million times and updating my phone. Please help me cause this is **bleep** I can’t use it when I’m paying for it

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your account.

I would totally recommend following the steps provided here and here and then to give your account 24-48 hours to see if anything has changed.

 

If neither had helped, considering a new account might be a good option which provides you with a fresh start.

If chosen, you'll be able to transfer all of you account's content safely following the steps provided here.
