Just bought Premium, but I still have limited skips and can't choose songs freely

Solved!

Just bought Premium, but I still have limited skips and can't choose songs freely

I just bought Spotify Premium yesterday. Today I managed to sync up two of my playlists for offline mode, but I still havea a limited amount of skips AND if I try and manually choose a song, it only plays the preview. I really hope that this is because the charge in my card hasn't cleared fully yet, or else Premium was a waste to buy.

You can check and see if your account is registered as a Premium account by going to your online overview.

If it says Premium, try logging in and out of your Spotify account on your phone (menu button in top left corner -> Settings -> Log Out). If that doesn't work, try deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App Store - this sometimes clears out issues.

If your online overview says 'Free', first make sure that your purchase went through on your credit card, and then you might want to see if you have multiple accounts: sometimes people have two dfiferent email addresses registered, or one linked to Facebook and the other linked to an email.

Thank you, that fixed my problem.

I still have this problem, I've paid for it, redownloaded the app and everything else but still won't download or let me use any of the premium features.. Any ideas?
