La playlist no se comienza a descargar

He intentado descargar la playlist desde ayer y no me deja descargar nada, tengo un teléfono nuevo por lo que el almacenamiento está intacto, la playlist tiene pocas canciones y la calidad está en Normal, he intentado borrar cache, descargar la app de nuevo y borrar los dispositivos, sigue sin funcionar

That being said, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you're running there?

On another note, would you mind sending us a full description of what's happening? Is the app downloading the content, but when offline you can listen to it, or did you receive an error and you can even start to download content? Please send us as many details as possible.

Lastly, we'd like to check: is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
