My Question or Issue

I opened my app today to find that all the music I had “liked” had disappeared. I had over 800 songs that I’ve been liking since 2013 in that playlist and suddenly its all gone.

Hey @MAK15, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

 

You can also attach a screenshot of what you're seeing and let me know if you see your liked songs on a different device, such as a desktop or another device.

It looks like reinstalling the app brought the music back. Thanks for the suggestion!
