Listening off line

Hi All, I'm new.  I have premium and have the free app on my iPhone and it works great.  I now have an iPod touch and loaded the free app onto it.  Now I want to sync all 3 items (Mac Book Pro - with prem; my iPhone and iPod touch)  My Ipod keeps telling me to UPGRADE before it will sync but I cannot upgrade because it only upgrades the free version on my iPod.

I have read the posts and the buttons that are mentioned arn't there.  My thinking is that perhaps you can only have one free app???

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? You might also double check that you haven't somehow signed into a different account on your iPod Touch. You should be able to save music to offline on up to three devices, so I don't know any reason for it not to be working on your iPod.
