Spotify linked to wrong Facebook

Spotify linked to wrong Facebook

I am now paying for Katy Gillespie to use spotify premium despite her not being logged in on my phone at the time of using the auto connect to Facebook. I have been changed £9.99, please can this be cancelled or refunded as I wish my own account up be premium. Katy was not logged in on my phone at the time so I didn't even notice the wrong name!! Help!!

Hey there! I recommend using this link first to  disconnect from Facebook. If that doesn't do the trick for you, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
