Local files to new phone?

My MacBook is older and is going to give out some point in the future. I’ve just downloaded my library to the local file and downloaded them to my current iPhone. I’m getting a new phone in a few months and I’m wondering if I can transfer those songs via the phone or if I can only download them with my MacBook. Please could someone please help me?

Based on my personal experience with that, you'll need your MacBook to get these local files on your new phone. They aren't included in iTunes/iCloud backups.

So my only solutions are either look up every song in my library manually on Spotify or buy a new MacBook?

Yep, that are, unfortunately, the only two options that you have.
