Log in button not responding

Log in button not responding

I just got an iPhone 7 Plus and installed Spotify. When I open the app, I get the screen with the options to either log in or sign up, but neither button responds when I press it. Is this an issue with iOS 10? I can't work it out.

Same here, wife's new iPhone 7 Plus and can't login to Spotify. Fail.

This is probably issue with iOS 10 compatibility, and should be resolved in new Spotify update. Please report it here maybe: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ideas/ct-p/newideas

I had the same problem sometimes on iPhone 7 but not on iPad air 2 with iOS 10. I tried to disconnect wifi and use 4G and then it started working for me, atleast for now. Could it be wifi related issue?

Had the same issue on a 7 Plus.  

I logged in to Spotify via Safari and from there opened the Spotify App (it pops up at the top of the screen asking you if you want to open / install the App).  I opened the App from there and when I clicked on login it worked.

Am currently having this issue with my new iPad Pro. The app works fine on my iPhone 7+ but won't let me press either log in buttons in the opening screen. Anyone have any suggestions?

My New Iphone 7 won't let me log in on the app either no matter what button I press! Did an update with all the apps prior to logging in and think that maybe what the problem is
