I made an account, had an error whilst creating it, restarted the app, somehow my email was registered but my account isn't. I consistently get denied logging into the iphone app though I can log into the website. I have no Facebook I signed up on my phone.

UPDATE:

 

Hey guys! I have just gotten confirmation that this problem should now be fixed. Please try logging out and back in. The fix might be a little slow, so please continue trying over the next hour or so.

 

I told you guys I was getting this looked into for you. Glad I was able to help with this.

Unable to login, either username or email is incorrect, have you created a spotify account? Even though clearly I have. What's up with this how do I delete my account?

Still consistently telling me the information is wrong or that I haven't created an account, even though my **bleep** is registered so I'm at a loss here

And now I'm getting the same error message whilst trying to create a new account with a different email ๐Ÿ˜ not even trying to log into the account that was "never made"

I've got the same problem as Aimfix. Got an error while making an account through the app. I can log into the main site but not the app itself.

I've tried resetting my password many times and reinstalling the app even after deleting my Safari cookies and data, but I still can't log in.

Please help!

There is currently a login problem affecting some users that Spotify is working on a fix for.

dang, though we were being spazz

any clue as to how long the fix will take? is it just today this has ben happening?

I have sent details of the problem to the proper team at Spotify. As soon as they get into the office in the morning they will see it. I'm sure the support team is already aware of the problem due to massive amounts of emails.

 

It should be fixed as soon as possible once investigated.

I still can't log in right now, so I guess that the fix is currently underway. I'll keep trying to log in periodically.

Just logged into the app. It's working now!

No it's not working.
I've tried many times to delete app then reinstate it but same old message appears
Login failed
on top of this I now have a message saying 'Spotify only valid for 14 when abroad'. Only recently moved to NZ

i also have this problem i dont have facebook signed up account but whenever i wanna sign in with my email on app it writes: you've already created an account with this email address,i've been trying with all the ways, i deleted the app and reinstalled it,and i can sign in on the web but not on the app
