Losing playlists already downloaded

Losing playlists already downloaded

I have a premium family subscription to Spotify and we have the 5 users but for quite some times now every now and then all the playlists/albums I have on my own iPhone somehow loses the songs which means I need to re download them? I don’t lose them completely I just need to re download them. It’s so frustrating cos I have 100’s and 100’s of songs.

Hey @12100800963, welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear about that. What device, operating system, and Spotify version is this happening on? Do you have any cache clearing apps installed to your device? If so, disabling them could help.

Let us know how it goes.

I have the same problem, what is the best way,

leave all playlists with the download slide to on?

so that it keeps them, for when I need them off line???

I have a samsung 7.....

Hey @SAMPOLLOCK, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In this case, you need to leave the download slide On for the albums/playlists you want to have on your device. Remember that once downloaded, the songs will have a green arrow in one side. This means they're available for offline listening. You can find more info here.

Let us know if you have questions.

Have a great day 🙂
