Lost all downloaded songs on iOS

Every time when I want to play downloaded items ie on the plain or tube, all downloaded playlists disappears. Do you know any tips to stop this before I swap for Apple Music? Literally, just got back of plain when I was sitting like an **bleep** for 3 hours because all downloaded songs (checked last night) just decided to disappear when I needed them 😞

Thanks for reaching out. What's the exact model of the affected device? Does this issue happen on other devices too? If you haven't tested on other devices, please do so. Also consider performing a clean reinstall, you will have to download the content one more time after that, but it should fix the issue. Also if you're using any form of battery or cache optimization, whether through the built-in options on your device or via third party apps, then exclude Spotify from all of those, as they can cause the app cache to become corrupted and therefore the downloads to disappear.
