Lost my songs on new phones!

Lost my songs on new phones!

I have logged into my premium account on my new iPhone 7 and have no songs? How do I recover these?

Hey @danevh1! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.


What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address. ^^

Hmm, that sounds odd.

Does your account overview say that you've got Spotify Premium?

Sure does! I can no longer access any of my songs on any device

It would be nice if you could give me the following details:

Are all tracks are missing or just some?

On which devices and Spotify versions are the tracks missing on?

And can you still see your playlists?

Also, is this just affecting your tracks in Songs and Albums? Are you able to see your Playlists?:
