Low volume on iPhone (iOS 10.3.3)

Hi guys,

I've been using Spotify premium for a long, but now I'm facing this problem: the application volume (both on my car system, connect via USB and CarPlay, and on my Bluetooth headphones) is way too low.

I've already checked iPhone volume limitation and it's off; turning all EQ trigger to the max ruins sound quality so I won't consider this a possible solution; tried to turn off the volume normalization too without any change.

What's happening? Do you have any solution?

I'm experiencing the same issue, but only on the iOS app. The volume is fine via Macbook+Bluetooth speaker, but my iPhone can only get to about 60% of the volume I'd like. I even just updated to the newest iOS, and I still have the same problem. It's only been happening for 2 weeks or so.

I also have this problem.

I feel like it's a "non-Apple App" volume issue rather than a Spotify issue though. That is, all 3rd party Apps have lower volume than native Apple apps.

Can anyoine shed any light on it?

A lot of people with 10.3.3 struggle with this problem, I think it may just be a bug in the version you are using.  However, just to be safe, try the following steps.  If they don't work, I would highly recommend updating to one of the more recent versions of iOS (this may also cause more bugs, I took the risk and my phone is working perfectly now!

• Silent switch isn't on (switch next to volume buttons, mustn't show orange).
• Settings → Do Not Disturb: isn't scheduled or manually enabled
• Settings → Sounds → Ringer and Alerts: Slider is at max
• Settings → Sounds → Ringer and Alerts: Change with Buttons = Off

Thanks, but I'm on iOS 11.1

Silent switch, do not disturb and ringer/alert settings do not affect Spotify or 3rd party App volume.
