Messing with my radio?

Okay this is going to sound real weird, and I'm not sure where I should ask this so I'm starting here. I'll start off by saying a couple days ago, my music randomly started skipping without me pressing the next button on my radio in my car, and I thought the app was just bugging out, but it turns out there was another devices connected to my account somehow, just out of nowhere. I logged everybody off my account and changed my password, and deleted the device from my account, but I'm not sure how that happened since I don't even log in ever, it's just always on on my phone. 

But that's not my main question, the thing is ever since then (I'm not sure if it's related) when using spotify in my radio, it **bleep**s with my radios LED colors and I'm unable to change the colors. The settings aren't even set to that color either it's so strange. My radio is set to scan settings, which means it basically just glows rainbow, switching colors ever couple seconds. That's how I've had it for years and never had a problem. Now after that incident, when I'm using music from my spotify, my radio colors turn blue, changes the display settings to display like the bass beats hitting, and on the beats it pulses white. I don't know how this is happening because when I go to change the settings, my settings are the same as always and it's really baffling me I'm not sure how to change this back to normal. It's a pioneer radio, I can't find the model though it's from last year.

EDIT: the radio model is similar to the Pioneer DEH X5800, except the buttons aren't circular, they are more square.
