I'm having an issue with what Spotify charged me monthly. They state it's 9.99 a month but how come for the last several months I've been charged $14 and in some cases more? There's no way for me to contact them because when I write a letter to them it's sent from an email I don't use anymore. Please help!

As this is a payments issue, the community is not the best place to talk about it, since personal details will be required. You should get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
