My Question or Issue

My music stops playing when I'm streaming whether on LTE or wifi even when my WiFi is pulling 65 Mbps and it's pretty frustrating. The song will get like ten seconds in then stop. If I ff to the next song it will do he same thing then if I go back to the other song it won't play at all. The bottom of the app shows "connecting..." So it seems to be a problem with the network connection between the app and the phone. Any ideas?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 13.3 🙂


If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thank you - I solved it. Someone in Germany had hacked my account. All is
well now thank goodness. Thank you for responding. It was a musicless few
weeks and not good.
