My Question or Issue

Hello, My Spotify app is pairing normaly with my Tv trough a roku streaming stick but I have an issue ; can’t play music anymore from my phone to the TV.. the connexion start, and then brutally stop. What happen please ? How can I solve it ?

 

I turned off the app in my phone and in the TV, and then re downloaded it but no solutions

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 13.6 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
