Music cut all the time and ask me to select a device

Hi. I have spotify prenium, when I listen to music it keep cutting and asking me to select a device. There is an unknown iphone listed who is listenning. I disconnected all devices. Change my password and revoke acces to all apps and it keeps doing help me plz

Also, there is new music constantly saved in my playlist. Someone is using my account and I cant boot him out
