I was looking for the balto soundtrack on Spotify. I found it on the website and when I tried to find it on the app it wasn't there nor was it playing the music. What should I do? I really want to listen to it due to the fact that the composer is the late James Horner
Hum that is odd, you are getting to the Spotify webplayer from this URL: https://play.spotify.com/ correct when finding that release?
What is your listening location you made your Spotify account in? I might be able to dig up a copy of that release that might be accessible to you from your listening region?
Have you tried removing the Spotify app on the iPod and reinstalling again? You might have to do the squence this way to fix this weird issue, uninstall the app, and then do a full shutdown of the iPod Touch, start the iPod Touch back up and reinstall the app. Does this fix any searching issues?
Also which model of iPod Touch do you currently have, current iOS version on the Touch, and what Spotify app version is it running currently?
Also I am going to move this post thread over to Help - iOS https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-iOS-iPhone-iPad/bd-p/spotifyiOS as it has more focus on Apple device issues there.
Ok, well I just did a quick look up of that release it is not available on the Spotify service. What URL for the Spotify webplayer did you use to find the release at?
Maybe check you Spotify app settings to show unplayable or unavailable tracks? The album page view in an iPad should show all the tracks greyed out as not playable, white means the track is available for streaming.
